Job description:

  • Providing support, diagnosing and solving hardware and application problems,
  • Installation, configuration and distribution of hardware and software,
  • Maintaining and updating technical documentation related to current operations,
  • Taking care of computer equipment and conference/training room equipment,
  • Taking care of server rooms,
  • Assistance in the management of existing IT infrastructure,
  • Support for events/conferences/meetings organized by the company,
  • Participation in IT services implementation projects,

 What we expect:

  • Secondary or higher education, preferred field: Computer Science or related
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role.
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Proxmox.
  • Good understanding of networking protocols and technologies (DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), TCP/UDP).
  • Familiarity with Ubiquiti, Fortigate, and D-Link products.
  • English at least at the B2 level.
  • Familiarity with the NIS2 Directive or relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001) would be a valuable asset.
